Job SummaryISTQB certification preferred for this role professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in Selenium Testing Automation and BDD Testing to drive and enhance Java test automation initiativesJob DescriptionDesign develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium Testing Automation and BDD methodologies to ensure highquality software delivery Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development QA and DevOps to integrate automated testing within CICD pipelines Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decisionmaking Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in test automation and BehaviorDriven Development Support continuous improvement of testing strategies and processes to increase efficiency and effectivenessRoles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain robust automated test scripts using Selenium and BDD frameworksDesign comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with Java test automation best practicesIdentify document and track defects working closely with developers for timely resolutionMentor junior team members on automation best practices tools and methodologiesParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback related to test automationOptimize existing automation frameworks to improve scalability and performanceEnsure compliance with quality standards and contribute to process improvements within the testing lifecycle
