Clinical responsibilities This role includes a broad scope of hands‑on primary care, supported by a collaborative and well‑functioning team. Responsibilities include: Managing acute and chronic conditions across a full‑spectrum primary care panel Performing in‑office procedures: EKG interpretation Suturing and staple placement/removal Incision and drainage Joint injections and other minor procedures Interpreting diagnostics and labs Participating in preventive care and chronic disease management Collaborating with NPs, PAs, RN, and MA staff on patient care and follow‑up Triaging patient concerns (in‑person, phone, and messaging) Supporting a smooth, patient‑centered clinic flow While the pace of care is more intentional, the work remains clinically engaging, hands‑on, and comprehensive. This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys both building relationships with patients and staying active in procedural and day‑to‑day clinical care.
