Pay Rate: $24hourly
Must-Haves
- 1-2 Years of Collections/ Loss Mitigation Experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- High School Diploma/GED
Preferred
- 1-2 years of mortgage and mortgage servicing experience
- Familiarity with Louisiana mortgage/real estate lending regulations
Day-to-Day
- Handle inbound and outbound collections activity for delinquent home loans
- Support loss mitigation efforts and foreclosure recommendations
- Work directly with members to resolve delinquent accounts
- Document all collection activity in servicing systems
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive resolution and member satisfaction
