Job Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Welding Supervisor to join our team in Grove City, PA. In this role, you will oversee our welding operations, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Monitor the quality of welding work and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide training and mentorship to welding staff to enhance skills and productivity. Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and project specifications. Maintain inventory of welding supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for projects. Conduct regular inspections and audits of welding processes and equipment.Prepare reports on welding operations and present findings to management. Qualifications Proven experience as a Welding Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) is preferred.
