Inventory Control Representative/Used Vehicle Buyer Are you passionate about cars and have a keen eye for value? Responsibilities Source and acquire high-quality used vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, private sellers, and dealer networks Evaluate vehicle condition, history, and market value to make smart purchasing decisions Maintain proper inventory levels based on sales trends and market demand Work closely with sales and service teams to align inventory with customer needs Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, auctions, and other vehicle suppliers Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with dealership standards Qualifications Previous experience as an automotive buyer, appraiser, or related role preferred Strong understanding of used vehicle market trends and values Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with tools like vAuto, Auction Edge, and dealership management systems is a plus Benefits Competitive pay Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Holidays & PTO Short and Long-Term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Lithia Learning Center Vehicle Purchase Discounts Wellness Programs High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
