About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Shared Services to provide strategic leadership and drive operational excellence within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing key functions such as payroll, billing, accounts payable, procurement, and travel & expense. This role involves leading the charge in ERP transformation, process standardization, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery. The Head of Shared Services will also be instrumental in aligning shared services with enterprise priorities, championing automation, and leading integration efforts during acquisitions and expansions. Applicants for the Head of Shared Services position at the company must have a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in shared services leadership roles. A strong background in ERP systems, process optimization, and financial system integration is essential, as is a proven track record in driving workforce transformation and implementing cost-saving initiatives. The role requires proficiency in establishing KPIs and performance dashboards, as well as the ability to work remotely and manage teams across multiple locations effectively. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the key operational functions and be adept at building and developing high-performing teams focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
