Barback

Position summary The Barback keeps the bar organized and supplied so bartenders can focus on guests. This is a hands‑on support role in a busy hospitality environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Restock beverages, glassware, ice, garnishes, and service supplies. Help keep bar work areas clean, organized, and ready for service. Support opening, closing, and ongoing preparation tasks. Communicate supply needs and service issues to bartenders and managers. Follow safe handling, sanitation, and workplace procedures. Qualifications & Experience A dependable, team-oriented approach is essential. Previous restaurant, bar, or service experience is helpful. Ability to work efficiently while staying aware of a busy environment. Reliable attendance and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events. Physical requirements This role includes standing, walking, bending, reaching, and carrying supplies. The work takes place around wet floors, glassware, equipment, and an active service area. Work environment A busy bar and restaurant environment with frequent movement, teamwork, and peak service periods.
