As an Emergency Department RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive and focused assessments of patients
• Triage patients using evidence-based protocols to determine acuity levels
• Providing rapid intervention and stabilization for medical, surgical, traumatic, psychiatric, and pediatric emergencies
• Administering medications, treatments, and procedures according to hospital policy
• Operating and monitoring medical equipment such as cardiac monitors and ventilators
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, advanced practice providers, and EMS personnel
• Coordinating patient care, including diagnostic testing and disposition planning
• Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Participating in rapid response, trauma activations, and other emergency protocols
• Maintaining strict adherence to infection control and safety guidelines
• Supporting a culture of patient-centered care and service excellence

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma (or compact license)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
• TNCC and ENPC certifications (preferred)
• Prior experience in Emergency Nursing, Critical Care, or high-acuity settings
• Need 1 year experience in setting
