Maintenance Mechanic

Job description:
Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical and electrical issues, and keeping production running? We're looking for a motivated technician to join our manufacturing team and play a key role in maintaining our production equipment and facility.
If you have experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or production environments and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues quickly to minimize production downtime.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery.
• Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic schematics and blueprints.
• Complete repairs on industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and vendors when advanced troubleshooting is required.
• Inspect machinery to identify potential issues before failures occur.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
• Support continuous improvement projects to improve equipment reliability.
• Follow all company safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience working on production equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems preferred.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the production team.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
