Installation Coordinator

Job Description

The Installation Coordinator plays a key role in managing and facilitating the scheduling and execution of mixed installation projects for a small team. This role requires effective coordination with vendors and clear communication with customers to ensure smooth project delivery. The coordinator uses tools such as Microsoft Excel to organize schedules and resolve any challenges promptly, without the need for travel to installation sites.

Responsibilities

Schedule installation activities for a small, focused team
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and service
Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers
Identify and resolve problems that arise during the installation process

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years experience in installation coordination
Proficiency in project scheduling and vendor management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and effective time management
