Step into a rewarding opportunity serving young children as a Speech-Language Pathologist, focusing on infant and toddler caseloads in a school-based setting. As part of a supportive district office environment, you’ll collaborate with other professionals while enjoying a part-time schedule of two to three days per week. You’ll have the unique privilege to identify and address a range of communication needs in children during their most formative years, setting the foundation for lifelong success.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Maryland (MD SLP License)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with infants and toddlers, is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech and language assessments for infants and toddlers, developing individualized intervention plans
  • Delivering direct and consultative therapy services
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to student growth
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements
  • Participating in program improvement meetings and professional development as needed
