Assistant Studio Managers Enjoy: Paid comprehensive photography and sales training Competitive hourly pay JCPenney store and studio discount What You’ll Do Here: Assist the Studio Manager with the operation and management of a portrait studio Capture images that are fun, spontaneous, and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions Provide a delightful customer experience Demonstrate professionalism and show concern for the safety of customers by following established safety procedures The Skills You’ll Bring: Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent 1 – 2 years of experience working in retail, photography, or service industry strongly preferred Ability to work a varied schedule including holidays and weekends, as needed Intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, Outlook, Excel) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Hourly Pay Rate: Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00-20.00 This position will accept applicants on an ongoing basis until filled. The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations. California: [$20.31 – $24.28] Connecticut and New York: [$18.51 – $22.24] Colorado: [$17.19 – $20.55] This position may be eligible for a bonus incentive, health benefits, a 401K program, and other employee perks.
