We’re seeking a bilingual District Manager to lead multiple store locations, drive performance, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. What You’ll Do Oversee 10-12 store locations, ensuring strong sales, service, and operational performance Lead, coach, and develop store managers through regular visits, meetings, and training Analyze performance data and P&L reports to drive growth and profitability Support recruitment, staffing, and employee engagement initiatives Conduct business reviews and ensure compliance with company standards Travel regularly across assigned locations What You Bring Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required 5 years of multi-store leadership experience At least 1 year of sales experience Proven skills in sales, coaching, and customer service Strong communication and analytical abilities Proficient in MS Office and business tools Flexible and results-driven mindset TX Property & Casualty License (preferred) Perks & Benefits Competitive base salary ($60,000 + Monthly Store Incentives) Health insurance and paid time off Inclusive, growth-oriented culture Lead.
