Job Description & Requirements TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel position in Dallas, Texas. Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week, 10 hour days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities As an IR Tech, you will: Operate fluoroscopic equipment and assist physicians with minimally invasive, image‑guided procedures. Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain procedures to patients. Assist in scrubbing all diagnostic and interventional procedures. Monitor patients during all procedures. Apply radiation protection standards and maintain adequate safeguards for patients and operators. Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology to interpret examination requests accurately. Operate intravenous and dye injector pumps. Maintain accurate patient records. Use the McKesson PACS system.
