Civil Engineer (EIT/PE) – Land Development | Denver Metro Join a collaborative team of experienced project managers and multidisciplinary professionals delivering high quality land development projects across the Denver Metro area. Key Responsibilities: Partner with project managers and internal teams to design and deliver innovative land development solutions Develop engineering drawings, site plans, grading plans, and profiles using AutoCAD and Civil 3D Perform design work related to stormwater management, hydrology, grading, and erosion control Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to assess land use and identify design opportunities Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and construction documents Ensure designs meet local codes, regulations, and industry standards Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices through ongoing training and development Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) EIT required; PE license preferred (open to various experience levels) 4-6 years of experience in land development Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and stormwater design Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally Project management experience is a plus (especially for senior-level candidates) Familiarity with local zoning, permitting, and regulatory requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
