Field Operations Supervisor

We're partnering with a growing operations-focused company seeking a Field Supervisor to support and lead daily field activities across multiple job sites. This role plays a key part in scheduling, dispatch, quality assurance, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to customer expectations. The ideal leader thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building strong field teams, and brings a process-driven mindset to improving operations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily field operations. Plan, prioritize, and coordinate project schedules, staffing, and daily dispatch Oversee project progress, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction Conduct jobsite visits, inspections, and resolve field issues or scheduling conflicts Review job costs, production rates, and project budgets to support profitability Oversee safety expectations; assist with on-site safety program coordination Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency Utilize technology and software systems to support scheduling, reporting, and operational workflows Experience Leadership of frontline field teams in fast-paced environments, overseeing daily field operations Success in project, operations, or field supervision roles with strong communication skills across all levels, especially frontline labor Hands-on experience coordinating schedules, staffing, dispatch, and jobsite activities Proven ability to monitor project progress, quality, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction Skilled in resolving field issues, managing expectations, and conducting jobsite inspections Background in recruiting, onboarding, and developing field personnel Experience reinforcing safety standards and supporting or managing safety programs Strong process-improvement mindset with the ability to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency Technologically savvy, comfortable adopting new systems to support scheduling, reporting, and QA Industry experience in construction, or facilities services (preferred) Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies or field supervisor training (preferred) Experience implementing new technology and managing or supporting Quality Assurance programs (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr TruCapital Partners
