What You'll Do as the Folding & Gluing Operator:

• Set up and operate folding and gluing machines according to job specifications
• Adjust machine settings to ensure proper folding, gluing, and product alignment
• Monitor machine performance and product quality during production runs
• Inspect finished products for defects, glue integrity, and overall quality
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; notify supervision when needed
• Complete production, quality, and downtime documentation accurately
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Follow job tickets, work instructions, and production schedules
• Communicate production, quality, or equipment issues to supervision
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Operate folding and gluing equipment safely and only as trained

What You Need to Bring to the Folding & Gluing Operator Role:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must have previous folding and gluing, converting, or manufacturing experience
• Must be able to read job tickets, measurements, and specifications
• Must have mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
