What you’ll bring:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Demonstrated experience supporting students with mild to moderate behavioral needs in an educational environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families.
• Strong organization skills and a commitment to maintaining accurate data and implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Passion for nurturing growth and fostering positive learning environments for children at the elementary level.

Key responsibilities:

• Work onsite in an elementary school, delivering direct behavioral support to students in need.
• Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts or Special Education professionals.
• Collect and document behavioral data accurately to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Communicate professionally with teachers and staff to align behavioral strategies and support classroom activities.
• Provide encouragement, de-escalation, and reinforcement to maintain a safe, productive learning atmosphere.
