We’re looking for caring and motivated individuals to join our team as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HCA (Home Care Aide). As a CNA/HCA at Parkside Adult Family Home, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive atmosphere for our residents. Your work will directly contribute to their well-being and quality of life, making every day meaningful and rewarding.

In this role, you’ll: - Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. - Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. - Help with mobility and transfers as needed. - Monitor residents’ health and report any changes to the appropriate team members. - Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents. - Ensure the dignity, respect, and safety of all residents at all times.

We’d love to work with someone who: - Is kind, patient, and genuinely enjoys helping others. - Holds a CNA or HCA certification (or is willing to pursue one, if applicable). - Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. - Communicates effectively and works well in a team setting. - No prior experience is required—what matters most is your dedication to providing exceptional care.
