Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills. This role involves delivering high-quality guest hospitality in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests feel welcomed and satisfied from start to finish. No experience required, training provided.
Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly hospitality throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and resetting tables for new guests
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to provide expert recommendations

Qualifications

Must be over 19 years of age
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
Training provided - no experience required
Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and bill splitting
