Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of our agency office in Freehold, ensuring a productive and positive environment.

Recruit, train, and support a team of sales agents to reach their full potential.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our footprint within the local market.

Cultivate relationships with insurance carriers to secure the best products for our clients.

Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve outcomes.

Provide ongoing coaching to staff members to ensure high-quality service and ethical practices.

Requirements

Active Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license for the state of New Jersey.

Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or management.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance goals.

Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of producers.

Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.

Knowledge of insurance underwriting guidelines and carrier regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
