Team Collaboration – Partner with specialists, coordinators, and colleagues to manage time‑sensitive conflicts checks and support shared departmental initiatives. Communication & Service – Respond to department email communications promptly with accurate information while providing responsive support to attorneys and internal stakeholders. Process Improvement – Contribute ideas and feedback that enhance workflows, technology use, and operational efficiency across the Business Intake & Conflicts team. Department Representation – Serve as a professional and approachable point of contact for Business Intake & Conflicts inquiries. Special Projects – Assist with additional research, reporting, and special initiatives as assigned. What You’ll Bring Education – Bachelor’s degree required. Experience – One year of experience in risk management, research, reference library work, conflicts searching, or a related analytical field preferred. Analytical & Research Skills – Strong ability to gather, interpret, and analyze information to identify potential conflicts and risk factors. Communication Skills – Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and analyses in a structured, professional manner. Collaboration & Client Service – A team‑oriented mindset with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and attorneys at all levels while maintaining a high standard of service. Judgment & Critical Thinking – Sound decision‑making skills and the ability to evaluate complex information to determine potential risk or compliance concerns. Adaptability & Professionalism – Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Flexibility – Willingness to work occasional evening and weekend overtime when needed. If you’re eager to apply your analytical mindset and research skills to help safeguard the firm’s business relationships while collaborating with colleagues around the world, we’d love to hear from you!
