Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in telemetry to provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will monitor cardiac patients and respond promptly to changes in patient status, ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs regularly.
• Manage and interpret telemetry data to detect cardiac abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families on their condition and post-discharge care.
• Document patient information accurately in compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Proven experience in telemetry or cardiac care.
• Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring equipment and protocols.
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
