HVAC Technician - Install or Service

Job Description

The HVAC Technician - Install or Service will focus on residential HVAC systems, ensuring their proper installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires working closely with a supervisor within a structured team environment. The technician will utilize company vehicles and tools provided on-site to deliver efficient and reliable service without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

Install residential HVAC systems according to specifications
Perform routine maintenance and preventative upkeep
Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues promptly
Repair HVAC equipment to restore optimal functionality
Use company vehicles and assigned tools effectively on job sites

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC installation and service

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with HVAC system installation and troubleshooting
Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures

We do not have any sales quotas per technician nor will we ask you to sell any services. If you are in service your goal is to repair broken systems. If you are doing maintenance, your goal is to prevent systems from breaking down during the season. If you are doing installs, your goal is doing high quality work and getting job done within reasonable times.

Instead of sales commissions, we give quarterly bonuses based on total jobs completed on time and division of scrap revenue.
