State embraces and encourages workplace diversity. WHAT YOU WILL DO Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across U.S. and Canadian operations, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates promptly. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while handling multiple open requisitions. Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and inform strategy. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, provincial, and local employment laws and company policies. Represent the organization at university events and career fairs, strengthening the talent pipeline. Provide consistent, professional communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process and onboarding process. Identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance recruiting effectiveness. Support HR projects and initiatives as directed by the CHRO. Perform additional duties as assigned. WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume or multi-location environment within the construction industry. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished approach. Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media recruiting tools.
