Junior Financial Advisor

Strategic Financial Group (SFG), a MassMutual firm serving Houston since 1903, is seeking a driven individual to join us as a Junior Financial Advisor. This role is built for early-career professionals ready to launch a long-term career in financial services through hands-on mentorship, real client exposure, and increasing autonomy as you grow.

The Opportunity

• Structured Path to Growth: Our Junior Financial Advisor Development Program is designed specifically for early-career professionals — no prior industry experience required. Through formal training, weekly development sessions, and one-on-one mentorship, you'll build the foundation to grow into a full Financial Advisor.
• Income Support & Performance Upside: A 2-year training stipend plus commission model supports your transition into the role while you build your book of business — so you have a stable foundation while your effort and results start to drive your income.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Willingness to obtain State Life & Health, FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licenses (full sponsorship provided)
• Strong communicator, comfortable building relationships and clearly expressing ideas with clients and teammates
• Coachable, self-motivated, and genuinely interested in helping others reach their goals
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
