Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role involves delivering advanced respiratory therapy services in a dynamic hospital environment, working as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Schedule/Hours:

• 3x12 hour shifts
• Day shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Every other weekend required

Required Qualifications:

• Active licensure as either a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
• Proven experience providing respiratory therapy to adult patients in a hospital or acute care setting
• Proficiency with a broad range of respiratory therapy modalities and equipment
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-intensity environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and administer respiratory treatments to adult patients
• Operate and maintain ventilators and other specialized respiratory equipment
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies as necessary in accordance with physician orders and best practices
• Accurately document treatments, observations, and responses in patient records
• Educate patients and their families about respiratory care and equipment use
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
