HR Recruiter at TNT Services Groveport, OH

Position Summary This is a part-time (25-28 hours per week) role located 100% in office, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM (or until daily tasks are completed). The HR Recruiter will play a critical role in shaping our teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring top-performing talent. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job offers. Collaborate with department managers to proactively identify future hiring needs. Use the applicant tracking system to ensure candidates progress through the screening and assessment stages, providing timely feedback. Utilize various recruitment sources, including social media networks and employee referrals. Perform administrative tasks for the HR department, such as scheduling, file maintenance, mail sorting, and managing daily requisitions on the sourcing platform. Assist with uniform inventory and distribution to employees. Support the hiring process by posting jobs and scheduling candidate interviews. Help with onboarding, including scheduling and conducting employee orientations. Answer phones and perform other clerical tasks as needed. Qualifications 1+ years of Human Resources / Recruiting experience. Detail-oriented and organized. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with social media platforms. Compensation Hourly rate up to $24.00 per hour, based on experience. Benefits Paid training in the industry.
