Customer Service Associate
Caleffi Hydronic Solutions
Job responsibilities include:
- Data entry of customer purchase orders and emailing order confirmations to customers
- Communicate order status and provide tracking information to customers
- Check stock levels and pricing for customer inquiries
- Manage customer warranty returns.
- Work with the Production Planner on availability of product and planned ship dates
- Support the Regional Sales Managers on daily activities
- Work in a team environment to solve customer issues
- Contribute to process improvements
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience required
- Knowledge of order entry / ERP system, preferably SAP
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and focus on details is critical.
- Basic computer skills, email, spreadsheets, word processing.
