About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate LPN to join our team in the Pittsburgh, PA area. As an LPN at Shyftsafe Staffing, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting wound care

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and understanding

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
