We value a commitment to providing a positive experience for our guests and team members alike.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and assemble high-quality pizzas following our recipes and standardsOperate and maintain pizza ovens, ensuring proper temperature and cooking timesMonitor and rotate pizza dough to maintain freshness and qualityCoordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient execution of pizza ordersAdhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic work environmentCollaborate with other culinary team members to develop new pizza flavors and specialsQualificationsMust be able to speak clearly and understand basic English to facilitate the communication process.Ability to learn menu items and service procedures.Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment.Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.Ability to learn and follow processes.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10–12 hours per shift) during food preparation and serviceAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds (e.g., bulk ingredients, trays, equipment)Ability to perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and repetitive motions while preparing pizzasAbility to safely work in a hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environment, including near pizza ovensVisual and manual dexterity to monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety standardsWho We Are:Thompson Hospitality is one of the largest restaurants, food service, and facilities management companies in the country.
