Job Title: Senior Associate, Business Intelligence Analyst Job ID: 39507Job Location: Palm Bay, FLJob Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off   Job Description:Coordinates continuous improvement initiative ideas between personnel and management using established toolsProduces daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports as assignedRegularly examines data reports to identify and resolve data integrity issuesParticipates in projects and other tasks as assignedCommunicates the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managersProcessing confidential data and informationHelping develop and modify reports as required to meet program needsManaging and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reportingAssessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systemsGenerating reports from single or multipleTroubleshooting the reporting database environment ensuring tools and reports are working with latest software revision requirementsAssemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional businessCreate data tools for analytics and team members that assist them in building and optimizing product workflowsQualifications:To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics or related field or have completed their Master's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.   Preferred Additional Skills:Experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office productsExperience with writing SQL, developing Power BI, working with relational databasesAnalytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reportsAbility to use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
