Job Details ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full or Part Time Speech Language Pathologist. The successful candidate will support southern Delaware, Kent County focusing in and around Smyrna and Dover, DE; and will work day shift hours, and 2 holidays a year as needed. Responsibilities Administer clinical procedures for analyzing and evaluating speech and language, cognitive communication disorders and dysphagia problems Train patients and caregivers in appropriate techniques in speech, language and swallowing Qualifications Requires 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist; appropriate licensure Home care experience preferred Proof of a valid driver’s license and active auto insurance is required Benefits and Workplace Info ChristianaCare benefits include work/life benefits, retirement planning services, financial coaching, wellness reimbursement, discounts, tuition assistance, and medical/dental/vision benefits on first day of employment. A tablet and Matrix Care for documenting patient records are provided. Hourly Pay Range: $35.39 - $56.63. This pay rate represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at posting. Actual salary depends on skills, experience, and qualifications.
