Join Facilities Service Company , a leader in commercial cleaning and facility management. We’re hiring a Day Shift Janitorial Supervisor to oversee Day Porters and Day Cleaners, deliver outstanding facility services, and grow your career in building services leadership .

What We Offer

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Responsibilities

Supervise janitorial staff and daily operations
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards
Manage team scheduling, performance, and training
Build strong client relationships and respond to needs

Requirements

Supervisory/leadership experience (janitorial/custodial a plus)
Valid Michigan driver’s license
Strong communication and people management skills
High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
Must pass drug screen, background check, and references
