Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory OB-GYN

Location: Syracuse, NY

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift

Position Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with OB-GYN experience to provide high-quality patient care in an ambulatory setting. The RN will perform patient assessments, assist with treatment plans, coordinate care, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory OB-GYN setting

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing patient monitoring

• Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and treatments

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EMR

• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

• Deliver patient care with minimal orientation and supervision

Required Qualifications:

• Active New York State RN License

• Current BLS Certification

• Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care nursing experience within the last 2 years

• OB-GYN nursing experience required

• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in hospitals of similar size or larger preferred

• Must successfully complete health clearance, background screening, and drug screening requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ambulatory nursing experience

• EPIC Electronic Medical Records experience
