We are seeking a motivated and attentive Barback to support our bar staff and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages to ensure smooth service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment Support in preparing ingredients and tools needed for drink service Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel standards Provide friendly and efficient service to guests and staff Assist with general cleaning duties in the bar and surrounding areas Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in a hospitality or bar support role preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of basic bar operations and safety procedures is a plus Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Positive attitude and a professional appearance At The Confluence Hotel, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests and staff alike.
