Duties

Help

• Integrate and coordinate program functions across multiple Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) and Defense Health Networks (DHNs) to support standardized operations and data collection efforts.
• Support implementation of program initiatives and process changes by coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with established policies and procedures.
• Review healthcare policies, clinical practices guidance, and telehealth methodologies impacting behavioral health service delivery and suicide prevention efforts.
• Provide expert advisory services top leadership on healthcare delivery models, clinical integration, and virtual behavioral health program effectiveness.
• Evaluate business processes, clinical workflows, and service delivery models to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
• Compile and synthesize data into clear, actionable information and prepares executive-level summaries to support leadership decision-making.

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analyzing healthcare delivery data to identify service gaps in patient care access; evaluating workflows to design quality improvement solutions across medical facilities; and reviewing healthcare policies to evaluate operational impact on virtual health delivery. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience aloneno substitution of education for experience is permitted.
