Cologix is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract) to lead staffing efforts for the Data Center Operations team. This fully remote, 4-5 month assignment focuses on attracting and screening diverse, qualified talent and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. You will draft job descriptions, post roles, schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate with managers on offers, salary ranges, and start dates, while ensuring regulatory compliance across #J-18808-Ljbffr Cologix
