Are you looking to build a hands-on technical career in structured cabling and network infrastructure? We're hiring motivated entry-level Low Voltage Technicians to join a growing team working on exciting projects.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with construction or cabling experience who want to develop in-demand technical skills and grow within the industry.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll support the installation and organization of low-voltage cabling systems across job sites:

• Install work area outlets (floors, walls, modular furniture)
• Pull and route cables using fish tape and other tools
• Organize, label, and prepare cables for termination
• Support cables using J-hooks, D-rings, cable trays, and other hardware
• Assist with building telecom closets (racks, patch panels, fiber optics, etc.)
• Perform Cat5, Cat6, and Fiber cable termination
• Assist with fire-stopping and sleeve installations
• Read and follow blueprints/technical drawings

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manassas, VA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
