Iowa | Data Center Project | 3-Year Opportunity

Compensation & Benefits

• $50/hour base pay
• 60+ hours/week (overtime guaranteed)
• $178/day per diem

️ Position Overview

We are seeking Licensed Journeyman Electricians to join a large-scale data center construction project in Iowa . This is a long-term, high-paying opportunity with steady overtime, travel support, and per diem—ideal for electricians looking for stability and strong weekly earnings.

Schedule

• 6 days/week
• 12-hour shifts
• 60+ hours weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Install and bend conduit ( EMT and rigid )
• Pull wire and complete terminations
• Install lighting systems, switchgear, panels, and cabling
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
• Work with low- and medium-voltage systems
• Support large-scale commercial/industrial construction efforts

✅ Qualifications

• Journeyman-level experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
• Strong skills in:
  • Conduit bending (EMT & rigid)
  • Terminations and panel work
  • Electrical system installation
  • Blueprint and schematic reading
  • Troubleshooting electrical systems
• Experience on large-scale projects (data center experience a plus)

License Requirements

Must hold a valid Journeyman Electrician License from one of the following reciprocal states:

AK, AR, CO, MN, MT, NE, NH, ND, OK, SD, TX, WI, WY

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
