Technology Support Associate II

Providing exceptional service and support, the full-time T3 Technology Support Associate II will assist internal and external customers in a remote environment by responding to inquiries and troubleshooting the T3 Platform. Key responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and professional service Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing support requests Utilize product knowledge to deliver effective technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the T3 Platform Required qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
