Role Description The Electrician role at PGA Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Weston, WI. In this role, the Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include reading and interpreting electrical plans and codes, performing diagnostics and troubleshooting, and ensuring work meets safety and regulatory standards. The Electrician will collaborate with other trade professionals, communicate clearly with customers, document work performed, and respond to service calls, including occasional emergency or after-hours work as needed. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in electricity fundamentals and electrical work practices. Candidates should possess skills in maintenance & repair of electrical systems and components. Candidates should possess skills in troubleshooting electrical issues and identifying root causes. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of electrical engineering principles. Valid electrician license or certification in Wisconsin, or ability to obtain it within a defined timeframe. Knowledge of local and national electrical codes, and a strong commitment to safety procedures. Ability to use hand and power tools, read blueprints and schematics, and work in varied environments and conditions. Effective communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
