We don't expect you to 'fit' every requirement - your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us.The teamWe are seeking a Senior SAP MM professional to join our growing SAP practice.The roleWe are seeking a Senior SAP MM professional with 10+ yrs of experience implementing and supporting SAP MM and WM in S/4 HANA environments. As an Onshore Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating with the offshore team, engaging with business stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of procurement processes across SAP systems. You should have ARIBA knowledge as well.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and support of SAP MM and WM in S/4 HANA for onshore clients.Collaborate with business process owners and solution architects to gather and define requirements.Oversee Purchasing, Inventory Management, Returns/Reverse Logistics, and Third-Party Scenarios.Lead Fiori app analysis and enhancements for PR/PO maintenance, approval workflows, and procurement processes.Design and implement EDI interfaces using SAP IDOCs, ensuring seamless integration with external systems.Ensure cross-module integration with PP, QM, SD, and FI.Provide onshore leadership, mentoring junior resources, and coordinating with the offshore team.Troubleshoot issues in Warehouse Management systems and resolve incidents through ServiceNow.Participate in client meetings, providing technical guidance and updates on project progress.What you'll bringRequired Skills:10+ years of experience in SAP MM and WM (S/4 HANA).Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including Batch Management, Serial Numbers, and STO.Hands-on experience with Fiori apps and integration for PR/PO approval and other procurement functions.Experience in writing functional specifications with ABAP knowledge for customization.Ability to manage and troubleshoot Warehouse Management systems and queues.Onshore team management experience and coordination with offshore teams.Excellent client interaction and communication skills.About usWe're a global, team of innovators.
