What They’re Looking For: • 2-3+ years of industrial maintenance experience • Food manufacturing experience required, protein manufacturing experience preferred • Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, boilers, ovens, ammonia refrigeration, and PLCs is a plus • Someone who can think quickly, troubleshoot efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment
