Workday HCM Analyst: HR Tech, Reporting & Compensation

The College is seeking a Workday Analyst to manage classification, compensation, and data within Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll and more. This role will coordinate with stakeholders to plan updates and ensure data accuracy. Responsibilities include system administration, report development, and analytics, with a focus on Open Enrollment, Performance Management, and salary policy evaluation.
