Regional Transplant Center & OPO Liaison

Role Serve as a clinical services representative for Lung Bioengineering, supporting ex vivo lung perfusion (EVLP) technology and organ transplantation efforts. Responsibilities establish and maintain relationships with Transplant Centers (TXCs) and Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) train medical professionals on EVLP devices support clinical and operational workflows provide ongoing education and feedback participate in conferences, develop strategic insights, and manage stakeholder communications Requirements Bachelor's in a scientific or clinical field, 5+ years in organ procurement, thoracic transplant coordination, or related roles proven relationship-building and training skills proficiency in OPO processes and Microsoft Office ability to travel up to 60% Preferred certifications like CPTC or CTP experience with EVLP devices familiarity with transplant policies, reimbursement, and CRM tools such as Veeva clinician/scientific knowledge in thoracic surgery or transplant procedures HighValue thoracic transplant, lung transplant landscape, EVLP technology, stakeholder engagement, clinical training, CRM management.
