Shift: Night-Weekend (United States of America). Requires full availability during the following days/hours: Tues - Sat, 3:30pm-12am. Responsibilities Assists the provider in delivering medical care to clinic patients. Manages billing and charge entry processes efficiently. Schedules patient appointments and manages the clinic calendar. Handles prior authorizations for medical procedures and treatments. Oversees patient check‑in and check‑out procedures. Verifies insurance eligibility and processes related documentation. Answers phones and addresses patient inquiries professionally. Processes medical records and ensures accurate documentation. Acts as an EMR super user, providing support and training to staff. Maintains a high level of customer service in all patient interactions. Ensures compliance with clinic policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
