Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference in student lives by providing speech-language services in a supportive elementary school setting. This long-term contract opportunity begins August 10, 2026, and extends through May 28, 2027, ideal for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists eager to make a meaningful impact. You’ll support young learners at a single school site, with assignments at either Belmont, Corr, Doby, or Pinecrest Elementary.

Utilize your expertise to support students’ communication goals in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. While on-site services are preferred, candidates will be thoughtfully placed based on their proximity to the schools for manageable commutes. Credentialing needs are time-sensitive, and your timely response will ensure a smooth transition for the new school year.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current FL Speech-Language Pathologist license is required
• Background in school-based SLP services
• Experience working with elementary-aged children strongly preferred
• ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs are welcome to apply
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with students, families, and educators
• Reliable transportation for potential commutes to assigned site

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech/language intervention services to students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Maintain records, track student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork with school staff and families
