Client Services Specialist A growing, team-oriented financial services organization is seeking a Client Services Specialist to support advisors and enhance the overall client experience. This individual will play a key role in delivering high-quality client service while supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in client service within a professional services setting. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Account Support Serve as a primary point of contact for clients (phone, email, in-person) Support client onboarding, account maintenance, and service requests Prepare reports and materials for client meetings Assist advisors with scheduling, follow-ups, and day-to-day operations Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of administrative, operational, or client service experience in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information #J-18808-Ljbffr
