Pay Range: $55,000 to $75,000 / year with benefits
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business growth, develop client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and expand the company's market presence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Develop and execute business development strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and activity records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.
- Meet and exceed business development and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.
- Results-oriented with strong business acumen.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work onsite in North Brunswick, NJ.
